You have 30 days from delivery to decide. Sleep on it, wash it, live with it. If it is not right, send it back for a full refund of the price plus standard delivery. The return postage is yours to cover.
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, that one is on us, return postage included.

Send your order number to support@coldside.us and say you would like to return it.

We send the details
We reply within one business day with the UK returns address and a reference. Post it back clean and dry and keep your proof of posting. You cover the postage, an InPost locker is about £2.60 and needs no printer.

Once it reaches us
Your refund
The full price plus standard delivery goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us, or of you sending proof of posting.

Faulty, damaged or wrong
Send a photo within 30 days of delivery. We refund or replace, your choice, and we cover the return postage if we need it back.

Three things to know
Silicone earplugs
Sealed for hygiene. Once opened they only come back if faulty.
Silk sleep mask
Send it back unworn within 30 days for a full refund. Once worn it only comes back if faulty.
Free gifts
Yours to keep. If a return takes your order under the gift threshold, the gift's normal price comes off the refund: earplugs £8, silk mask £12.
