SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive your tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Delivery

Your order ships direct from production rather than from a UK warehouse, which is a cost we've chosen not to build into your price. Most UK orders arrive within 6 to 10 days of ordering, tracked the whole way. Delivery is free on every UK order, no minimum.

International orders typically take 8 to 15 business days. Customs fees or import duties, where they apply outside the UK, are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Follow your order any time via the tracking link in your shipping email or the Track your order page.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the window above, email support@coldside.us and we'll chase it immediately, and make it right if it's lost.
